Lease Rate

Standard "Month to Month" Lease rate is 15% of the current retail selling price in the store.

• Additional 20% discount off the lease rate for minimum 3 month lease commitment.

• Additional 10% discount off lease rate if lease amount over $500 per month.

Availability

All furniture and decor currently being offered for sale in the Upscale Consignment showroom is available for leasing. Additionally, special discounted rates are available for a large selection of “Extra Value” furnishings and accessories. Note: Extra Value items may need to be ordered, and will take 1 week to receive.

Important Note: Furniture leasing is available for vacant homes only. For occupied homes for sale, or for corporate temporary housing, we offer "60% guaranteed buy-back". Please inquire for details.

Lease Term

Minimum 1 month, full month lease only (no pro-rate).

Minimum Lease Amount

Minimum monthly lease amount is $200 (after all applicable discounts).

Refundable Security Deposit

Equal to 1st month’s rent.

Delivery, Set Up, and Pick Up.

• $200 - $750 monthly lease amount: $150

• $751 - $1200 monthly lease amount: $200

• Over $1200 monthly lease amount: 20% of 1st month’s lease amount

• Outside 20 mile radius add $2 per mile

Interim moves: each move priced at 1/2 rates shown in 5a,b,c above. Moves in excess of 20 miles from original location add $2 per mile.

0% Interest Financing Option

Purchase Option

Leased merchandise can be purchased at full retail value less 50% of any lease amount paid for the item during the lease. This purchase option must be exercised while the merchandise is at the staged home.

The purchaser of the staged home will be eligible to receive a 20% discount on the purchase of any of the merchandise as listed on the Delivery Receipt. This purchase option must be exercised while the merchandise is at the staged home.
